Lovely but underpowered car with pressure and poor transparency of costs- so won’t use again

1. There was no order in the queue, and no one managed it. 2. They enthusiastically encourage you to add extra options (such as insurance).

We were charged an extra £200 for some rebooking fee because we arrived two hours late to pick up the car. Our friends, who were also two hours late but booked with a different company, didn't have to pay this fee. This rental company doesn't care about customers' interests, and their service is very average and impersonal. I've never encountered such problems renting cars in the USA and Spain. It's so unfair! What would have happened if we didn't pick up the car that day? This kind of unfair clause from the rental company is just uncomfortable and not good service. In the future, I'll book directly with the rental company instead!

Your price on the site does not match the amount you have to pay. About additional payment of insurance, the client finds out only on the pick-up point. All this looks like fraud towards the client .

Quick and easy service. The car was clean and had loads of great features. Also an upgrade from the Fiat 500, I got a Peugeot 208. Such great value for money. Friendly staff. No complaints from me.

Had never used Easy rent cars before, but will again, the price drop rebooking service was fantastic. So cheap that I cancelled my 1 day booking and extended it to 10.
