Great car I book for Toyota Corolla but I got Toyota Camry that's a good condition.

We got an upgrade to a good diesel 4x4 which was good. The counter staff member (pretty sure it was Denise) was great. The car was pretty dirty but they had some issues with getting cars delivered in time so the staff were managing everyone really well.

Super easy to use and a far superior price to anything else.

Booking showed a corolla as I wanted, but provided Camry At drop off office closed and nothing provided how to return key and car

Worst service anyone could ever experience. I waited with my family outside the terminal in the brown bus shelter for over an hour and half but no one turned up to pick us so eventually we had to call a family to pick us up because all the other rental car company’s were fully booked so couldn’t get the car from anyone else either. It was cold and my kids were freezing in the cold while we waited for Ace rental car shuttle
