1. There was no inspection when picking up the car. There were two paint damages and large scratches on the display screen. I have sent photos to the customer service.
2. I had to pay over 400 CAD additionally at pickup. The receipt shows it as a charge rather than a deposit, and I am unsure what I was charged for. The staff's English was not clear, so I couldn't understand them.
3. I haven't received a refund for this charge yet, so I can't make a final judgment.
4. The actual car delivered was a Kia Cerato SUV, which isn't listed on the platform.

Like: The gentleman who served us was great. He apologised and explained why there would be a short delay in getting our car and then was able to upgrade our model at no cost to us, for the delay. We ended up with an excellent car that made our vacation even more wonderful.
When we returned the car to the downtown location, we were once again greeted and served by very pleasant and helpful staff. All in all a very good experience.
