The shuttle pick-up location is slightly different from what is stated in the print out. They print out says 'Door 3' when it should be 'Station/Pillar 3'. Otherwise everything was awesome!
This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for.
The counter representative was no help.
I had booked the seven-passenger van. Then I told my group to use your company for rentals.
When I got to the pick-up location. Your staff said We have a 7 passenger Tacoma only. We needed space for luggage. After 30 minutes of wait, she brought the van. My group had cars reserved both got Jeep wranglers.
Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.
