Like: Not much to tell actually, all went smoothly and well. I have not had a hire car in 15 years so i was not sure what to expect ... well I did expect some complications but there were none. The Avis operator behind the counter was experienced and knew what he did ... a rare occurrence these days!
Dislike: Could not really think of anything...

Had booked a medium size SUV but was first being given a small SUV. When I pointed this out the people at check in were able to quickly change it but was lucky a medium SUV was available.

Like: Ease of rental. Price was awesome.
Dislike: Distance to Rental car park in teeming rain (or midday sun and high humidity) hauling a suitcase in Darwin. Was a drowned rat at both pick up and drop off. Flooding to covered walkway ensured footwear was drenched too. I think a courtesy call or email during my six week rental would have been a great customer service.
