After coordinating with QEEQ, the customer service was very impatient and eventually stopped answering QEEQ's calls. QEEQ advised me to pay first and resolve it later. After repeated confirmation with customer service, they stated it was insurance related to the tires. When I returned the car and received the invoice, I noticed hidden charges for something I didn't understand. QEEQ indicated that the tire-related charges could be refunded, but the other would require an appeal. This deceptive experience was particularly distressing.
