They do not accept Chinese driver's license or notarized translation documents from domestic notary offices. They claim to only accept international driving permits.
The full size wagon I booked online was not available at the time of the pick-up and I was given a full-size car; it was tight for a family of five with luggages. Also, I was not given a fare adjustment for the downgrade.
Other than that the booking, pick-up and drop-off experience was excellent.
Everything went smooth, easy and without any hassle. The car was exactly what I had wanted, small, fuel efficient and perfect for our needs.
