“First car had a large crack in windshield and back bumper was damaged. Scratches all over car.”

Took guy 15 min when he came back w same car without cracked windshield. Ridiculous to reserve a car and be given one with a cracked windshield from one end to the other and back right bumper damaged.

“This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting a car ... period.”

I will never use Routes ever again ... absolutely the most unorganized experience I've ever seen with a rental care company. And I've even rented with a mom-pop shop in Hawaii.
