Good company, but lack of information on pick up location

The main problem was to find the rental company. It is located not in the Lisbon airport. There are nobody in the airport that meet and greet you to the car. There are no any sings at the airport. I must to call to customer support and they inform me that there is shuttle bus. Just occasionally I find the place where it stops and wait for 30 min. Other services were at high level. Car was new, clean, has 5000 km.

After waiting half an hour for the checking process, had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the car to be cleaned. It wasn't ready upon my arrival.

I ordered a Cabrio and paid for a Cabrio but got an open roof instead of a cabrio. All cabrio's where rented out. In the beginning they said that this was a cabrio but I'm not stupid... It's a pity they did not resolve this immediately.

plus d 1h30 pour récupérer la voiture.....malgré mes appels téléphoniques en Espagne qui m ont coûté plus de 10euros....véhicule donné au départ sans essence...le personnel s est rattrapé et m a donné un véhicule neuf haut de gamme
