Customer service is not their focus. I waited for 15-20 mins prior to being helped. During that time the phone rang constantly - not one time was it picked up.

We booked a minivan but Routes did not have that available when we went to pick up our car. The best option they could give us was 5 seater SUV. Since we had already paid for car rental, we had no choice left. Poor service.

Vehicle had major drive line vibration issue. When I returned the vehicle early the staff could not issue a refund and instead directed me to contact their customer service department.

We arrive they did not have the jeep that we reserved, The vehicle they gave us was way too small, and not the Jeep we reserved , we request a larger vehicle they try to charge us for it , The lady at the counter said she cannot upgrade until the manager got back we come back in 2 to 3 hours , When we return there is a different gentleman there and he tried to take care of us because they were going to give us a little bit larger vehicle. I would not recommend using them. The location was initially unable to provide me with the car I requested (economy car) and instead gave me a jeep wrangler. The vehicle was unsafe to drive and could have resulted in a serious accident as a bolt for the rear control arm/axel was missing and I was informed of this by a stranger since I do not know much about the jeep. Routes did provide me with an alternative vehicle that also seemed to have weird sounds when driving. Additionally, the rate for prepaid tolls does not match the description on their policies (4.99/day + usage) and is significantly higher (11.99/day), resulting in a much higher cost than anticipated. Overall, the staff was nice but vehicles are either worn out or unsafe and the false rate advertised on their website felt like a bait and switch strategy.
