Europcar company is great company, and I will definitely try this company anytime I travel

Pickup and return were very convenient. I purchased full insurance, so there were no worries when returning the car—just left the keys and walked away. However, the hybrid CX60 was extremely hard to drive without electricity. Also, the left front tire was underinflated when picking up the car, and I couldn't locate the puncture on-site. The store staff fully inflated it, and I drove off. Two days later, the pressure dropped to 1 bar, and I quickly found a roadside repair shop. Turns out, there was a nail in the tire from the start. I had to pay 30 euros for the tire repair myself.

The staff at this store are very efficient and focused throughout the process. Not bad.

The car was very new I ended up driving more than the car had racked up in its lifetime.

The website was rather laggy and jumps around a lot. Would be great if we can have the price drop protector on ALL rentals.

Like: Smooth and efficient transportation. No additional charges was imposed for my 70+ age
Dislike: I had to pay for the GPS although it is a built in system
