Great staff let down by the car.

Car was damaged and service warning light was on dashboard

Waited over 4 hours beyond pickup time- Easirent extended lease for previous driver- this seems to be perfectly acceptable practice to them. Phoned for pickup- told there was none- despite rental being off site. Had to phone and complain to customer service to get them to come in the holiday inn shuttle( they said no shuttle bus for 1 1/2 years- but their website not updated!!) will NOT use again

Good to get online booking for insurance to reduce excess to zero This brief survey of Easirent does not accurately reflect the poor service I feel we received from them- in no way would I award them 7.3!!! Need better assessment questions

Annoyed with the excess, policy, cost me more to reduce the excess than the weeks hire. Your policy of blocking the entire excess is not a way of encouraging repeat business. I have an annual policy for covering any eventually. In hindsight I should have left the office and lost the115 pounds instead of reducing the ecxess. I was left feeling robbed and foolish.

Took far to long to pick up car waited in line for over 40 mins, then had to wait for the car there was 4 people in front car was not cleaned inside or outside, windscreen was very smeary on the inside had to stop to get it cleaned
