Was not told I would need copy of my auto insurance declaration page in advance—I had only copied my proof of insurance card . They tried to charge me an extra $22/day for collision insurance that I had. Was able to get hold of my insurance magenta who told them I had collision coverage. But this took a lot of time. I will never use this company again. Also has tank was only 1/2 full.

“It was the nicest and most powerful car I have ever rented”

It took a little bit longer to get the car perhaps 60 minutes more than a typical at airport rental. At first it bothered me but when I looked the quality and the low price I would definitely rent with Easirent again.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

After my long wait, George was Helpful, " EXCEPT when it came to EPASS info...". He said they NO LONGER TAKE CASH - Wrong ! Most U'll need EXACT COINS & were 2 on I 417 who would give Change. I've came to ORLANDO for Years & generally only use 528 to leave & return to Airport so 4-6 TOLLS, yet he SOLD Me 14 days x $10 ea. + TAX. So with a LARGE CREDIT BALANCE on the EPASS, do U REFUND or I must take my TIME to get it from Them? Thanks, JOHN ZINTER
