"Collection procedure (Free shuttle bus service) Please proceed to level 1 ground transportation on A or B side. Once on level 1, proceed to the rental car pick-up area. The Easirent shuttle picks up at spaces A11, A12, A13 or B13. Terminal C - Please proceed to level 1 ground transportation to the designated car rental pick up area spaces 276 and 277. Easirent shuttle bus loops the airport every 20-30 minutes."

Was not told I would need copy of my auto insurance declaration page in advance—I had only copied my proof of insurance card . They tried to charge me an extra $22/day for collision insurance that I had. Was able to get hold of my insurance magenta who told them I had collision coverage. But this took a lot of time. I will never use this company again. Also has tank was only 1/2 full.
