EasiRent is the WORST rental car experience that we ever had!!! The list of issues from start to finish are way too long to fit into this limited space. EasiRent’s deceptive and inappropriate sales tactics are truly shameful and should be banned. They lie to customers about having to upgrade to a “required” Florida State Sun Pass package for unlimited tolls that will never be used. We even told them that we will not be driving on any toll roads, and that our mileage would be very minimal. However, crooked Maria refused to rent a car to us without getting an additional $200, and insisted that we couldn’t leave the facility without purchasing the “mandatory” unlimited toll package. She quoted one price, then by the time she printed our receipt and asked us to sign the screen, the price went up to nearly double the amount of what she originally quoted. We will NEVER recommend EasiRent, Maria or any staff member of this company to anyone!!!

Staff tried to sell sun pass but didn't disclose the cost until the end, too expensive, still waiting on refund

The I tried to change my pick up and drop off times and was told that I couldn't do that without cancelling and rebooking which cost me an additional $60. The pick up process was horrible and the staff wasn't very friendly. The communication was very unclear about where I could pick up the shuttle at the airport. When I called the number to arrange a pick up it was an automated recording that gave me different information than the email I got and nobody was answering the phone at the branch.

Pick-up location could really use some simple improvements to make it more pleasant. Felt like walking into some really back alley type place. Decent signage, little investment in the exterior/interior that customer sees would go a long way. Pick up also took too long, and too much attempt to sell me more stuff. However, car itself, price point, and drop off were phenomenal. Couldnt have been happier. Customer service was all over. Called saying when I would arrive with return and told to plan to wait 30-45 minutes to get shuttle back to airport. That's terrible. However, when I arrived a shuttle was about to depart and the driver did a phenomenal job of checking iny car and getting me on the shuttle to airport - total wait time was barely 5 minutes. So lots of variation based on who dealt with. If I really had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to airport I would never rent with you again -- guaranteed.

Pretty good overall. Little heavy on lots of legal speak, made the insurance part harder than it needed to be, etc. But was otherwise quite good.

I had to take a shuttle to pick up the car. When i showed up they forced me to purchase their insurance even though i already did with my own insurance company at a fraction of the cost. This almost doubled my cost and was told they won't shuttle me back to the airport to go with another company. They also wouldn't allow me to rent for 1 day so i could find a better price elsewhere. I have rented with other companies and used my insurance many times. Other companies may cost more at booking but do not have these extra fees. I will never use this scam company again.
