The return location was not clearly marked. When calling for assistance, the person (sounded like they were Indian) had a poor attitude, was unhelpful, and eventually said 'I can't help you, goodbye.'

I had an 8:00 AM reservation, arrived at 7:30, but didn't get the car until 10:00. It took 45 minutes to process each customer. There was only one employee handling car exchanges, pickups, registrations, running around without a walkie-talkie, no colleagues, and no clear procedures.

The staff when picking-up the car were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The drop-off could not have been smoother and the person who checked over the car even got the courtesy bus to wait for me. Excellent customer service all round!

While price drop magic did not eventuate. I did continue to shop around and there were no better prices available. No issue with use of the platform and would not hesitate in using QEEQ again.

This was first experience with ACE Rental Cars and they have been very good and considerate.

The customer service was good, after we eventually figured out where the shuttle picked up from. The automated directions were very unclear. The car smelt like an ashtray and evidently had previously had a heavy smoker in it which was a bit much. The breaks worked but sounded like the pads were getting thin.
