EasyRentalCars.Com is excellent but GreenMotion is not a pleasure to deal with

Long waiting times and inconsistent service

The car model from the order was not available, and there were no similar ones either.

At the car rental counter, they told me the trunk of the originally booked Tiguan was small and suggested I get a CRV diesel instead as it had a larger trunk and was more fuel-efficient. They mentioned there was a brand-new car available, so I paid an extra 300 pounds to switch. However, when I went to the parking lot to pick up the car, they said there were no CRVs left and gave me a Volvo V70 that had already been driven over 20,000 km. Being away from home and short on time, I decided to go with it. Overall, it was just okay, maybe that's typical for a small company.

The staff were amazing and funny and suited me to my car perfectly. No hesitation in rebooking with them but I want QEEQ to get the recognition.

It was so easy to book this car with them - I have never heard of the company I got the car from but it was so easy and at a good price.

Like: We didn't have to wait in line, either for pickup or drop off. The price of the rental was very reasonable. We were given a free upgrade to a larger yet still fuel efficient vehicle, and the car had GPS, which would have cost us substantially more than the total price of the rental if we had to pay for it.
Dislike: Although you can pick up or drop off your car between 06:00 and 22:00 at their Heathrow Airport location, you can only call them (or any other Green Motion office) between 09:00 and 17:00. Also, we had to pay 9 pounds each for my wife and me to ride the Hoppa Bus from Heathrow to Green Motion and back again. While the car rental broker company, EasyRent, said that we would not be reimbursed for this fee, the supplier, Green Motion, said that we would, and we have not yet resolved this issue.
