My flight to Los Angeles landed at midnight, and there were no signs or people to guide me on how to pick up the car at the airport. When I finally got to the car rental location in Los Angeles, I had to wait in line until 3:30 AM to get the car. The waiting time was too long, and the car I received was old and in poor condition, not the one I had selected. It was a terrible car rental experience.

Forced to buy insurance or they wouldn't release the car. The customer called and negotiated with the local pickup guide, but the car rental staff refused to answer the guide's calls.
