Easy and straightforward

The car was great, I only needed a small car as I was by myself, it drove well and great fuel economy picking up was easy as was the drop off

Booked corolla but got the different model from this company. It was bigger than I thought. From previous journey, we couldn't fit our bags so had to put 2 bags at back seats, but this car was more than enough to put all . Car was pretty old (ran more than 100000km) and no Bluetooth functions so had to get audio line from petrol station which didn't bother too much Despite car was old, company maintained the car so well so it was nice and comfortable during our journey and customer Service was tooooo good Thank you EZU Even thought its not a big company like europcar , hertz , avis We will definitely Use this company again when we visit Auckland again Thank you

A shallow 3 cm surface paint scratch on the front side panel costs 1183.35 NZD, which is insane, and it took EZU more than 5 weeks to provide the receipt of the repair service. 2000 NZD was charged on my credit card, of which 1183.35 NZD is still charged, and the insurance won't give any update on how the case of reimbursement is processing. Very bad experience. I don't know when I can get my money back.

Brandon was helpful, but little could he do to expedite the insurance reimbursement.

Couldn't believe the value for money, kept waiting for there to be a catch, but there wasn't any! Great car, great service, would definitely recommend!
