I booked a 5-door car, but initially, they gave me a 2-door small car. They kept telling me the car was too small and suggested I upgrade. They also tried to sell me insurance. When I had a problem with my credit card while paying, they asked me to wait aside and treated me unfriendly. Finally, after negotiating, they gave me a Volkswagen POLO. I've rented cars abroad before and most of the time you get an upgrade, but this time it was a downgrade. The attitude was noticeably worse after I refused to buy insurance or pay extra to upgrade the car.
No, I didn’t get the car I chose. I had ordered Skoda Octavia but it seems the supplier doesn’t have any. Vehicle I received was smaller and was available for a lesser price when I made the bookings. I paid higher for the car I chose.
Dislike: Hard to contact on the telephone when we wanted to extend the hire period.
