The company is run by Chinese people and provides explanations in Chinese throughout the process. The location for night drop-off is hard to find, causing a delay. Because we were 3 minutes late, an extra 5 hours of rental fee, $25, was charged. This price is much higher than the one we booked on Zuzuche, which feels a bit unfair.

The car was a 2016 car which is rather old for a rental car. The front tires were not in a very good condition (I would have replaced them if they were on my personal car). I mentioned that to your employees and asked for a different car, but they were very firm not to meet my request.
Like: Staff was nice & informative, no upsell or fraudulent charges. We were also picked up & dropped off in a Mercedes van, which was nice. Dislike: Everything was fine.
