The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.

The staff were lovely and even offered us an umbrella to keep in the car as rain was forecast. The Mercedes car we booked was involved in an accident a couple of days before we arrived but we were notified in advance and adequate replacement was provided with fuel included. It was refreshing not to deal with the big corporate rental companies.

The staff at yesaway were amazing. Such friendly and comforting natures. They gave my girls some stuffed toys. Made the process so easy and quick. Very clear on their instructions and guidance. Such lovely kind ladies with great sense of humour. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend yesaway 10/10.

Dislike: The separation of responsibility for vehicle insurance from vehicle hire needs to be addressed to provide a user-friendly hire.
