When I usually rent a vehicle it is either brand new or just about brand new. This vehicle was a 2018 with 54,677 mi. The inside windows mirror and the outside windows and mirror were just plain filthy. I will have a hard time going back to a fox rental.

The car was dirty both inside and out. I do understand that for the price we paid that we could not expect the perfect car, but we received a car where the inside padding above the driver's side of the car door kept falling out.
Although I provided an international insurance cover on the day, I was sold another cover because the person at the counter gave my wife the impression that we were not at all covered and I had to take out another insurance on the day.
The car and service @ Fox met our expectations.
The agent tried to pressure us to sell us the Pass for the Florida tolls; she even said that there are tolls that do not accept any other form of payment. We found this to be untrue in our experience driving through a lot of tolls.
We did not find the online extension of our rental user-friendly. It locks the fees and you can't opt-out. We tried calling and the wait times were excessive. All of this can be improved.
When dropping off the vehicle, i’m Handed an invoice that largely exceeds what the rental rate was when booking on Easyrentcars.com. I couldn’t stick around to argue since I had to catch my flight. They just told me all adjustment would be made based on my Easyrental package price before being charged to my credit card....it was not. It now shows I paid more than double what my Easyrentcars deal let me to believe. Extremely disappointed! I now will have to see what I can do about it from 2500 km away...
