The agent replied, 'This is a car of the same size and category.' I recalled seeing this phrase during the booking but never expected it to be so far-fetched. If size is the only criterion, why not give me a Wuling Hongguang, it's even bigger? The car I received was a Renault Kadjar. Although it's different from the co-branded models in my country, how can a Renault and an Audi be in the same category? Am I not well-read? Plus, the car was dirty, especially at the front, splattered with mud, and scratched all over.
