Very satisfied. Booked through QEEQ, picked up the car at the store. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. They explained everything clearly when I didn't understand. After submitting the order and documents, they asked if we wanted daily insurance for 50 AUD, but we declined as per the booking. They were okay with it. The car inspection was done, and we received a similar car, a Kia Sportage.
Need to get used to app various functions otherwise default applies.
Europcar confirmed no insurance applied despite me having paid the full insurance cover. As such, Im not sure whether I am covered for the insurance consideration paid.
Like: The service of the staff was great. He was helpful and changed the return location when I told him about my accommodation location. Dislike: No much choice for 6-7 seaters SUV or MPV.
