Great rental

Aside of having to pay for parking at drop off, they have spuriously attempted to charge me for damage (which I dispute is there). Awful.

Very good. There are a lot of people, so you need to wait.

The service was good and the vehicle description was accurate, but they didn't let me see the car first. I didn't know if a compact car would fit all my luggage, so I had to upgrade. Nobody came to help me with the car, and there was no explanation about the car's condition. Since I don't speak any English, my daughter had to find someone to show us how to use the car.

Lady at Europcar Brighton was fantastic; excellent service.

Like: Friendly and efficient staff; vehicle in good condition and excellent service on dropping off.
Dislike: I had ordered an automatic transmission vehicle but a manual transmission vehicle was allotted to me at pick-up. I came to know this until I got on the vehicle to check. It spent me another 30 minutes to wait for the change of vehicle and felt frustrated. I hope that Europcar would check the order carefully and the same thing would not happen to other customers again.
