I'm preparing for my second car rental and just found out I can leave a review here. During the Chinese New Year in 2013, I picked up a car in Bangkok, Thailand. The rental company provided a new Honda Civic with only 20,000 kilometers on it. The car was in excellent condition and felt very new. I rented it for 14 days and drove 3,000 kilometers around Thailand. It was really enjoyable, and the car rental company’s service was excellent. I was very satisfied. This Chinese New Year, I'm planning to rent a car for a self-drive tour in Malaysia, and of course, I will come here again.

Renting and returning the car at the airport is very convenient. However, there's only one gas station on the way from the Old Town to the airport. I missed it and ended up paying 3500 yuan for a full tank, which was too expensive. Refueling by yourself might only cost half of that.
