This is my second time using their service. They have three to five staff members, all very busy, but the efficiency is quite good. Initially, they told me I could upgrade the car for 10 pounds off today ----- I firmly declined! Then they recommended additional insurance, 'No thanks.' I booked a Hyundai i20, but they gave me a Honda JAZZ instead (honestly, I hope this isn't the upgraded car they wanted to offer). Inspecting the car, the staff was very familiar with it and quickly pointed out the existing damages, some of which I hadn't even noticed.

Overall, very satisfied. However, one of the phone customer service reps wasn't particularly friendly. The whole process was good. It's a busy car rental company, and we waited in line for almost an hour to get the car since only two employees were handling the paperwork. The location is not at the airport but nearby, which probably accounts for the cheaper price. I think this is the practical savings everyone wants. It was a really good experience, and the car was great. I rented a station wagon but received an Outlander, a diesel version, which saved a lot on fuel costs. A fantastic experience! But if you're not a skilled driver, be careful. This company deducts £1500 for even a small scratch. Luckily, I've driven on the left side for many years, so it wasn't a problem for me.

Although it is a small rental company (it's easy to find as it is located right off the airport shuttle), the service is quite professional, and the staff is very friendly. You don't need to show any translated driver's license, nor do you need notarization. The process of picking up and returning the car went very smoothly! To our surprise, we got a Honda compact automatic car similar to a Fit, with plenty of passenger space and fully equipped with a panoramic sunroof, cruise control, paddle shifters, and more. It was also very fuel-efficient!

Excellent service! They thoroughly explain and introduce everything when you pick up the car, and the inspection is done very meticulously with a great attitude. We didn't rent a navigation system, but found out that the car had one, which solved our big problem in the UK. We covered thousands of miles relying solely on the in-car GPS. This deserves a commendation! Additionally, the staff was very enthusiastic when we returned the car; the entire return process took less than a minute, something unimaginable in our home country. Thank you, GREEN MOTION, for the service!

Green Motion provides excellent service. They only require a translated version of the driver's license, not a notarized one. The pickup and return processes are very simple and quick. I recommend purchasing insurance in the UK; I bought a daily insurance for £10. Later, my car ended up in a ditch, and after calling the accident hotline, a tow truck came and didn't charge me a penny. When returning the car, they mentioned that the towing cost would have been over £700, but since I had insurance, I didn’t have to pay. The rear mudguard of the car was accidentally knocked off by my husband, and it cost £56 at the repair shop to glue it back on. When returning the car, the front mirror was scratched, and both the front and rear mudguards were slightly damaged. They withheld £150 for repairs, but the final repair bill was over £600. Because I had insurance, the £150 covered everything. Overall, I am very satisfied with this car rental company! I recommend that anyone not used to driving a right-hand drive car get insurance when renting a car in the UK.

The service attitude of this company is good. They respond to confirmation emails about documents very quickly and clearly, unlike another company that is vague and bureaucratic. The company might be smaller with fewer staff, so you may have to wait a long time for both picking up and returning the car. The vehicle inspection is very thorough, even the smallest scratches on the wheel hub are recorded. So, if others rent from this company, it's best to get full insurance; otherwise, you might easily get charged. I booked an economy automatic car, but ended up with a luxurious Mercedes B180. Apparently, this is common in the UK because there are few economy automatic cars, so upgrades are frequent. The drive was smooth, and even though I didn't refill the fuel, they just charged me the difference at a rate of 1.2, which is reasonable since outside fuel prices are usually between 1.3-1.4 (the car runs on diesel). However, they don't offer a free shuttle from the airport to the pickup location. The single trip fare of 4.5 pounds is expensive and inconvenient. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The service is very enthusiastic.

The staff were very friendly. They only needed my domestic driver's license and passport; the English notarization seemed unnecessary as they didn’t ask for it at all. When picking up the car, I was very thorough in my inspection and returned to the counter twice to point out additional scratches that I hadn’t noticed before. The second time, the agent told me it was fine as long as I marked them, which made me a bit uneasy, but I had no choice. When returning the car, I had to use the restroom, and by the time I got back, my wife said the car had already been returned without any special inspection. This company is truly trustworthy. I noticed that most of their cars seem relatively new, mostly from this year. My Toyota RAV4 diesel version had only driven 10,000 kilometers when I picked it up, and the car was in excellent condition. Next time I visit the UK, I will choose them again!
