It's okay.

I returned car with full tank in accordance with the contract. But Global charged Refuel service about 20 EUR. I want to refund this amount !

The female staff member at Global Drive who assisted me was very unprofessional. I repeatedly asked her about full insurance, but her explanations were very vague. This ultimately cost me almost 400 euros extra.

Booked a Volkswagen but got a Renault. The car was in poor condition, the steering was off, and it felt unsafe.

Car rental process was fairly convenient, the vehicle was relatively new. There were a few tourists ahead of me when picking up the car, so I queued for more than ten minutes. I booked a BMW 1 Series but received a Ford Focus instead. Are the Ford Focus and BMW 1 Series even on the same level??

Pickup and return were mostly smooth. However, after completing the paperwork at the counter, there was no one in the garage to inspect the car, and it took over half an hour to find someone. The car was in good condition with 2100M without any issues.

Among all the car rental companies at Munich Airport, this one had the longest waiting line. The wait was at least half an hour.

The contract was for a Passat, but we actually got a Toyota SUV at the same price. Pleasant surprise!

I arrived in Munich at 5:30 AM and followed the signs to the car rental company. However, I learned they don't open until 6 AM. After they opened, I was ready to pick up the car, but the staff apologized and said they couldn't find the keys at the moment, so I had to wait. I had reserved an automatic car, but the rental staff asked if I could drive a manual and upgraded me to a BMW 116i. Since I had a meeting at 9 AM, I opted for the manual. Overall, the car was in great condition and it was very good.

Pick up was nice and smooth. It took 3 minutes to scan all docs and sign the papers. Staff was professional and clear with explanations. Child seat was without isofix and did not look rigid but nevertheless vehicle had all necessary safety system functional. Van was spacious and equipped with parktronic which helped us to enjoy suburban drive. Drop off was perfect and complete deposit amount was returned on the card within 48hrs after rental

Arrived early in the morning, so car pickup and inspection was quick. Picking up the car an hour early costs an extra 10 euros.

Did not have available the car I booked. Why not? It was fully paid in advance with a fixed arrival time. One hour into my journey the car developed an engine running fault. It took 5 hours to source a replacement car through an alternative hire company with an additional EUR580 cost.

Long line, slow services...

Counter staff was very unfriendly and we had to ask for every piece of information!!

1. Booked an automatic Golf on Zuzuche, total price was around 5600. At pick-up, they said only BMWs were available with automatic transmission, costing over 10000. 2. Rented car for a month but it had no spare tire and they didn't inform us. Resulted in a blowout en route to Rome costing much more. Towing fee was 150 euros, plus 480 euros for two new tires, which is unacceptable. 3. The actual rental company was small, and after the blowout incident, we called but no one answered and there was no roadside assistance. 4. The rented car had many small dents. During return, the inspector falsely claimed that pre-existing dents were caused by us. At pick-up, they acknowledged these were pre-existing but did not recognize it during return inspection. This left a bad impression.

The representative provided a basic explanation of the car's equipment and functions.

Fabulous car and good value for money. Had to wait a very long time at counter and queues meant a 60 minute delay to the departure in the car.
