The new receptionist was really inexperienced. It took her half an hour to process a case, constantly seeking help from other colleagues. She only handed over the keys without accompanying us to inspect the car. When I saw the car, I was heartbroken. Later, I'll share my Damage Check with everyone. Some people had reservations but no cars available. The receptionist said it wasn't their problem and if you want to complain or get angry, go ahead. There's nothing they can do. Oh my God, what an attitude!
1. The car was not fueled when we picked it up. The gas station was somewhat far away, but we negotiated and got a different car.
2. We stayed near Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. Carrying luggage to the pickup point was quite challenging. It would be much more convenient if there was a pickup location inside the station.
The service was good, but it's the first time I've heard of them downgrading your car and then the price is still not fair.
I suspect they don't have high-capacity cars at all.
The car pickup requires a shuttle transfer, but based on reviews, it's manageable. The condition of the car is fine, but sometimes the rental company makes mistakes. I reserved a sedan, but they intended to give me a hatchback. Their explanation was that they didn't know I reserved a sedan. The car's condition was decent, it was fuel-efficient, and the overall value for money was okay.
The rental company’s location is excellent and can be easily found using GPS, asking for directions, or checking a map. The vehicle was in great condition, and the staff was very diligent. Highly recommend to self-driving travelers.
I booked to pick up the car at 9 am and requested two child seats. However, the rental company did not prepare them, which took me two and a half hours to finally get the car seats. We could only depart at 11:30 am. My plans for the day were canceled, and we arrived at the accommodation close to midnight. It was very bad.
Like: The car was all good for what I needed it for over the two days hire Dislike: A little wait for about 10-15 minutes whilst they cleaned the car. Perhaps should have been ready to go.
