BIZCAR RENTAL CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN THAILAND

When I arrived at the rental store to pick up the car, there was absolutely no one there. I tried calling several times but no one picked up. The store hours posted at the door said it was open until 6 PM. It was raining, and we were there with children late at night, so we had no choice but to have the hotel send a car to take the elderly and children back. Since no one answered the phone, we didn't know if anyone would come later. I called the car rental hotline, and the only response was to wait. I had an urgent matter the next morning and needed the car. After a long wait, I finally got through to a staff member who came over. Although the staff was polite, waiting that long in a foreign country with a closed store late at night was really unpleasant.

Acceptable

The car pickup was smooth, but they just handed over the child safety seat and let us install it ourselves. Not knowing the type of connectors, we spent a long time trying to fix it. Even after calling the rental company, they couldn't fix it either, so we left it in the trunk, but we were still charged for it

Pretty good, just hard to find.

It's a small company and the car pickup process was a bit bothersome, they took a long time to check everything.
