When returning the car, over 1,000 THB was unexpectedly charged to my credit card. The reason provided by customer service was that I had used the M Flow lane, which has a toll fee of 60 THB. However, the platform deducted a service fee from my credit card that was over 10 times the toll fee—more than 900 THB in total, resulting in a charge of over 1,000 THB. There was absolutely no prior notification about this lane, either in written or verbal form, before or after I used the car. I can accept the 60 THB toll fee, but where did the extra 900 THB service fee come from? I contacted customer service, but it’s been over a week and still no response. Additionally, the car I booked was in average condition with over 70,000 kilometers on it. The car system didn’t have Bluetooth, so I couldn’t even play music—only CDs and FM radio were available. I booked a two-door Yaris hatchback, but what I received was actually a Yaris sedan.

I originally rented a five-door Yaris, but ended up with a four-door Vios. The car was old, had 110,000 kilometers on it, and the interior smelled bad, with a mix of sweat and a fishy odor. The infotainment system lacked navigation and CarPlay.

On vehicle return, I was told that THB6000 will be deducted because the floor mats in the car were wet. I informed that staff that there was no rain nor floor in the whole duration of my rental and the mats were not checked when the car was handed over. I raised the issue with the counter and referred to their manager who decided eventually to waive the charge, which was much appreciated. Am concerned if this could be a scam to charge extra for rental.

Took the wrong highway exit and got charged a pre-authorization fee of 996 THB, even though the toll was only 30 THB! Ridiculous. I won't rent from this company again.
