The day before, I went to the car rental office to change the pickup time. The female manager I met was very helpful and assisted me in modifying the pickup time. However, the next day when I went to pick up the car, the male clerk proceeded to add full insurance (14 AUD/day, cheaper than QEEQ) without my consent. I repeatedly said I didn't need it, but he insisted on selling it. This was my first time encountering such a situation in Australia after renting cars multiple times. He then gave me a car with some chips on the front windshield. When I pointed them out, he refused to note them down on the pickup form, claiming they were minor issues. Given that he had just added the full insurance without my permission, I no longer trusted him. Fearing I might be charged during the return, I insisted on speaking to the manager on duty and got a brand-new car instead. Throughout the rental process, apart from that male clerk (whose staff name seems to start with 'A', but I couldn’t see clearly), everyone else was great. The car was new and fully equipped. Overall, this is a good car rental company.

The service was quite good. The first time the CarPlay didn't work, I drove back, and the maintenance staff checked it and provided a data cable for me to use. The vehicle is very new, a 2023 model with only 7000 km.

No birds is how all car rentals should be. Easy processes, collection and drop-off. Great staff, easy to find and good selection of cars

QEEQ very good app and easy to use. Able to make good savings upon bookings and price monitoring. Service is also very good if any issues that need support with.

Friendly service

We ended up not using the are very much but it was very useful to have it when we needed it. Bayswater was extremely well organized and efficient.

I did not need to use the price drop protector but did think that the rate I was given was very fair and economical

A staff member inspected the car for scratches with me and recorded everything, making the pickup process quite fast.

Great prices in comparison to other sites. Smooth and effortless collection and drop-off. Courteous staff were very helpful and al the extras I asked for were also included as per booking. Car great, clean and ready to drive without fault. Very happy with this booking and will booking again.

Easy to use and great value!

It was very hard to get to them. Being a visitor, it is not easy to land in a foreign country and being expected to call the car rental to get them to come pick you up. This process needs to be thought through.
