The front desk staff had an excellent attitude, patiently answering our questions and bringing a warm, welcoming feel to our travel-weary selves. After picking up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to find multiple vehicles to choose from! We quickly chose an almost-new Volkswagen Tiguan with only 700+ miles driven! The car ran smoothly throughout our trip, leading to a very pleasant rental experience!
The staff were very enthusiastic. The clerk recommended collision damage insurance for $15 a day. Considering it was my first trip, I decided to buy it. Changing cars was very convenient. At the car rental center next to the Las Vegas airport, I found the Alamo area. I drove in, the staff checked the car's exterior, scanned the barcode, and the additional insurance fee was charged.
The service was pretty good. They tried to charge me an extra $350 for a one-way rental fee, but after showing my QEEQ order and explaining the situation, the fee was waived.
The rental process was straightforward and returning the car was even quicker. I received a relatively new car with 18,000 miles on it. Overall, I am very satisfied!
The car and service were good. They checked the translated driving license when picking up the car. However, I left my clothes in the car when I returned it. They were very polite when I went back to look for them, and they left a phone number and email address, but I never heard back.
The company's service is efficient. Even though they recommend some insurance options when picking up the car, the final decision is up to you. Although the Dodge I reserved was not available, I could choose an equivalent model. What surprised me was how easy it was to return the car. You almost just need to drive there and hand over the keys.
There was a bit of a wait in line, but they had us fill out the forms during the wait, which saved us from having to do it at the counter. This made the process quite fast.
The car had 30,000 kilometers on it and was in good condition. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and returning the car was very convenient.
Service was convenient and fast. Pick-up and drop-off were quick. I was an hour late, and they initially charged me for an extra day. After adjustment, it was $33. Not sure how they calculated it, but being late for return is costly.
