The service was excellent. Due to some unforeseen issues, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day, but the rental company resolved the issue well and extended the contract!

There are many people renting cars from the same flight, so even if you have a reservation, you still have to queue. After processing, you also have to wait for the car to be ready. I suggest not planning a tight schedule.

The staff's attitude was acceptable. There was no detailed explanation during pickup, but similarly, the inspection during return was not thorough either. Therefore, the pickup and return process was relatively quick.

Except for the front desk Indian guy who yelled at us and didn't handle our paperwork until after we had waited, and then he apologized, the rest of the service was quite good.
