CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON AVIS IN BORDEAUX

Everything was smooth. Pickup and drop-off were at different locations, but they were close to each other. The Renault was relatively new.

Queue too long and slow at pickup. Staff absent at times on dropoff

Picking up the car in Bordeaux was fine, but dropping it off in Rennes was very troublesome! The location was very unclear, the parking lot was extremely narrow, the staff were far from the parking lot, and for non-locals, it was very difficult to find. Refueling was also inconvenient, and the AVIS staff had a cold attitude. The key issue is, a few days after returning the car, there was a charge of over 262 euros. It's been over half a month, and there's still no response about what happened!

The service was excellent, and the explanations were very detailed.

The service was good, but it might be a bit challenging if you don't speak French or English. Make sure to ask for details. (I can speak French). Also, they close very early, the earliest among all the companies. Pay attention to the return time!

Waited a very long time in the queue but when we got to the front, Liam was extremely helpful

Wouldn’t let me add 2 car seats at point of booking so I had to follow up separately to do this. Customer service were helpful though
