The Nice staff refused to acknowledge the 'Super Full Car Insurance' and 'Super Supplemental Insurance' purchased domestically, claiming he didn't understand Chinese.
Car pickup was convenient, the service was good, and the car rented was better than what I requested online. The car had low mileage and was almost new. However, the return location was hard to find, which caused a delay, and I was 40 minutes late returning the car, so I was charged an extra day. The procedures for picking up and returning the car were both convenient.
Car met expectations-initially told no damage but in fact there were several points of damage. Customer care good and friendly and helpful both on pick up and return
