CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON YESAWAY IN CHRISTCHURCH

The car was decent, but the service was terrible. There were some unexpected issues, and we had to return home immediately, so we had to return the car in another location, which cost over 2000 yuan. Additionally, the 20-dollar airport shuttle fee was frustrating. The staff at the rental office were only interested in taking photos and endlessly documenting everything. We needed help with our luggage due to our physical condition, but were ignored. The service attitude was very poor.

The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.

We needed a car to get us up the to the ski hill this season and this car did just that. An excellent vehicle and service received from Yesaway. The car was spotless and only had a few thousand km’s on the clock. A first for us in New Zealand, as most rental cars here have been around the clock a few times. Thanks Yesaway. We will be back.

the vehicle and the whole experience were both excellent, the only demerit-and it's a minor one-was that we paid online but were then charged again for the vehicle at the counter. But the staff caught the mistake and quickly credited the charge back
