Like: The car is new and good condition
Dislike: The GPS was provided, but in the advertisement, it does not mentioned that the GPS is chinese version only. They should mentioned that info up front. However in general i am satisfied

Very convenient, picked up the car upon arrival, the whole process took just 10 minutes.

There was a rental company staff waiting for us in the arrivals hall right after we got off the plane. After gathering a family from the same flight, she drove us to the rental car point, which took only a few minutes. During the drive, she explained the traffic rules in New Zealand. Upon arrival, an employee immediately helped us with the procedures without any wait or pressure to purchase additional products. The service attitude was excellent.

Like: Everything was easy and the staff were all very helpful and kind
Dislike: We didn't realise we could have got a free collection from the airport so we walked there in the morning at 5am and then found out they would have come got us if we had called.

Excellent experience, especially the customer service. They were very responsible, even delivering a forgotten cup to the hotel personally. Absolutely five-star service.

Very dissatisfied! Extremely dissatisfied! The staff in Christchurch knew we would miss our flight but still insisted we drive 5 kilometers to refuel, even though the tank was almost full. Going out to refuel again caused us to miss our flight, resulting in significant losses! Very unhappy with the staff's service attitude! Heartless...
