Regarding this instance, the unreasonable deduction of the deposit caused me losses and made me very angry. Your company's attitude, speed, and indifference in handling the matter do not protect customer rights and have destroyed our trust in your company!

Car had more than 90k on the clock. It took a long time to check the car because of all the scratches and dents (see photo of record). Only way to lock the car was to press the lock button on the inside of drivers door, then close the door and lock with the key. The service attendant seemed to deliberately hide this fact. He had inserted the key and had the engine started before we inspected the car and we didn't discover the problem till we stopped on the expressway services on the way to Cha Am, already far from the airport.
Tried to upload one vehicle damage record but got a message "sorry, you can upload no more than 20 graphs".

Arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time, the guy at the counter spoke Thai-accented English which was slightly hard to understand, but he was very nice and patient, and didn't push for insurance. The whole process was smooth; he actively led the car inspection and reminded me to refuel. It took about 10 minutes to complete everything and drive off. Returning the car involved a quick walk-around check, fuel level check, and signing off, which was also fast. However, the wait for the staff at the return location was quite long, which could be improved. Another thing, they didn't inform me that washing the car before returning it wasn't necessary, which cost me an hour. It would be helpful if they informed customers in advance. The car was quite new, with just over 20,000 kilometers on it, in good condition, and well-equipped.
I've rented cars many times, but this was the most disappointing experience. The 12-seater vehicle was in poor condition. It broke down halfway through the trip. Contacted the rental company for a replacement, but due to the distance, they kept delaying and never provided a new car. We had to get it repaired locally, wasting two valuable days of our trip, including accommodation and taxi costs, which we had to bear ourselves. When returning the car, the rental company had a terrible attitude. Big thumbs down to NATIONAL.
