At the time of pickup, part of DOLLAR's computer system was not functioning for some reason, causing both prepaid reservations and non-reservations to be processed in the same queue, leading to a wait time of nearly 2 hours. It is recommended to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and to improve service quality.

Big shoutout to the lady outside the parking lot, she answered all our questions. When I realized I couldn't clean the front windshield, she checked again and found that the washer fluid was empty, so she refilled it for us. The only downside was the long wait at the service counter.
