The car collection was terrible with very off hand designator who told us our car either this or that and no other choice. car had dents and scratches which he was off hand about Also the car had no oil and a warning light came on and I had to put 4 litres of oil in the engine. Buick Envision car - avoid !!

Brilliant

Avis service was good, but I rented a Camry and got a Malibu XL... a fighter jet. On the way to Las Vegas, the warning lights came on and it lost power, felt like the turbo was broken.

Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.

They tried to sell me an E-Toll, which I didn't want, so the service felt less enthusiastic. The car was somewhat dirty with scratches on the rims and body. I requested a replacement, but the staff said there were no other cars available. After checking the lot myself, I found no other cars either, so I had to settle for this one. The car's condition was acceptable with good fuel efficiency, though there was a noise from the front left. The store is relatively small with limited cars, it's better to go to the airport location.

The initial car was not as good as expected - it had a few minor dents, some scratches and marks on the outside. The cabin and interior was however clean and the vehicle drove well. There was a bit of wait- time at the location due to customer volume. However, the staff were courteous and helpful. The uploaded pictures show the first vehicle and the second one we changed.

It was a great booking platform. I did have initial concerns of the authenticity and integrity of the platform, but it all worked out very well. The option I chose included all the relevant insurance coverage as well as local costs for rental in California. This made the booking so much more convenient and I did not have to pay any extra fees. I was however billed an extra $23 for what was described as 'non-pkg' costs. These costs were not detailed in the final statement. QEEQ is really a good booking platform which I will definitely use for future travels.

The car return process was quick and the service attitude was great. Especially during the car rental, the staff were very friendly and chatty. However, after returning the car, I received an email about being charged 9 units for something.

There were too many people, had to queue up, everything else was fine.

Car exceeded expectations as were upgraded and desk agent was brilliant.

The process was smooth. Although we arrived late, we still got an upgraded model of a Hyundai Santa Fe.

Had to wait in line for an hour late at night. The additional driver option in the order was missing, and had to resolve it through Zuzuche. The final solution was to pay upfront and get reimbursed after completing the order.
