Overall quite good

Like: Sale on the upgrade.
Dislike: Nuttin’

Good attitude, but they recommended us to upgrade the car model without us understanding, and we ended up paying an extra $291.

Like: Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and easy. The car was in decent shape and had low miles.
Dislike: Evidently the on line rental service I used was a European company. The rental agent told us we needed an international license at first. Then told us he would let it slide. Really? What difference did it make who set the rental up? And when I am getting the car you are going to try to charge more?

Like: The rental agents were all friendly, helpful, and the price for our rental was excellent.
Dislike: The car was just ok. I had never driven a Nissan Sentra and was disappointed with the performance. I picked the car, so that is on me. The interior of the car was not very clean.

I personally use this car rental company both in Germany and the USA. The service quality is top-notch, with no additional sales or imposed services. The car return and inspection process is fast and efficient. The cars are new and in good condition, with full fuel tanks.

Dislike: Van st airport said EZ...I asked if it was the same as Easy Rental... he said yes...waited at wrong office for 25 mins

Dislike: Car was not cleaned outside or inside from previous driver.

Like: Super friendly check-out. Quick! Car better than expected. everything went smoothly. Rolled into to drop off and Aeseret had me up and on my way in minutes. Shuttle was waiting to go back to the airport. Thanks so much!

Like: total experience was fantastic
Dislike: car was a little bit dirty and did not matter but the windscreen on the inside was emery and hard to see at night we cleaned and all was good

The store staff weren't friendly. At other locations, employees would accompany you to pick up the car, but here they just pointed. We had to come back to ask about the car model.

Like: Used Thrifty cars. Had no issues in communication. They were ready for me when I showed up and all my information was already input.
