He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience pleasant. The only improvement I can suggest is it would be great if the staff could provide a brief walkthrough of the car's key features. This would ensure that customers can fully utilize all the functionalities of the vehicle.

Upon arrival, a car came to pick us up after calling, which was quite convenient. However, there was a queue to get the car and the staff were very slow. They also tried to sell additional insurance, so make sure to allow plenty of time.
