Convenient and fast

An excellent car rental company. I had doubts before because the online reviews didn't seem very high, but this time I decided to give it a try and found their service to be very professional in all aspects. Most importantly, they even provided me with a new car!

The car pickup in Antalya was very troublesome. None of the three models agreed upon on the website were available! The staff acted like we either had to get a refund or just take the car. Their attitude was terrible! Also, dual-currency credit cards with a UnionPay logo couldn't be used; only single-currency cards like USD or Euro were accepted... The staff in Izmir were very friendly, guided us to the parking lot, took us to the departure hall, and returned our deposit instantly. They didn't even charge us for the highway fees!

Renting the car was very convenient. Just present your documents and driver's license at the airport counter to get the car. No extra verification needed. Then walk to the nearby parking lot to pick up the car. The car was relatively new, having only 20,000 km on it. However, it had many dents and scratches, which were all noted on the document. Therefore, returning the car was hassle-free. They did a quick check and it was fine. The fuel tank was full upon return, but later I noticed the document indicated three-quarters full. Not sure if it was circled by mistake, but the deposit was returned three days later with no extra charges. Overall, it was very convenient and the service was good.

Pick-up and drop-off were quite fast

Simple and convenient procedures. The return process was quick, and the deposit was refunded promptly. Worth recommending.

The return point in Fethiye, Turkey was completely different from what was described. It was in another small town, and after we exchanged the car, we had to spend over 100 on a taxi to get back. The car itself was in good condition, a new car with only 5000 kilometers.

Initially, I was told that my rental agreement did not include insurance, whereas the Chinese company stated it did. This discrepancy between companies caused significant issues and ultimately affected me as the consumer. The entire process of picking up the car took me two hours. In the end, I had no choice but to follow the rental company's instructions: either purchase the insurance, which should have been included, or put down a 500 Lira deposit, to be refunded upon trouble-free return. Upon returning home, I found a charge of $255 on my credit card, approximately 800 Lira, and I'm not sure if they refunded me. Additionally, there's another charge of $140 related to their company. Even if they refunded some money, it wasn't enough. Their credibility is questionable.

Antalya Airport has two terminals, one for domestic flights and the other for international. Apparently, we first went to the domestic terminal and found the window closed. There was a phone on the counter, and we had to call twice to get in touch with someone to pick us up. Eventually, we found out that the office was in the other terminal, which wasn't too far away. The rental process was quick; we provided our documents, signed the papers, and soon enough, we were in the parking lot getting our car. We had booked a BMW 5 series but got an X3 instead, which they said was in the same vehicle group. The X3 was a Middle Eastern version, almost the size of an X5 in our country. As our trip went on, we were grateful for having an SUV; it handled some roads much better.

There were several incorrect charges. After the accident, the other party was fully responsible, but instead of helping as promised, they directly charged me, and I had to claim through insurance.

Antalya was good. When returning the car at Izmir Airport, I searched for a long time, and no staff came out to assist.

Great service. Free vehicle upgrade. They provided a new car. The paperwork process was very easy. Returning the car took less than five minutes. The car was also very fuel-efficient. Praise.
