Terrible company, will never use their service again. Bad attitude and untrustworthy.

I feel like the person at the counter ripped me off. 1- they told me beforehand that underage fee would be $70 however when I picked up the car he charged me $130 instead of $70 as he said that $130 is inc tax for an underage fee. thAT MAKES NO SENCE THAT $60 IS FOR TAX. 2-while booking i wrote that I'm going to a diffrante country and they told me that its no charge however at the counter he gave me another charge for that. REALLY UPSET!!!!!

Wrong car, bad attitude, additional cost, long delay (2+ hours) in picking up car. Very poor experience. Europcar Counter staff blamed easyrentcars, said there was nothing they could do and that we would have to sort it out ourselves.

The document does not state that the drop off is closed after 9pm on Sunday. We drove to the location but unable to drop off as the car park is full. We have to return the next morning which caused us a lot of inconvenience.

waited 90 minutes to get car. long queue due to staff off sick. apologies given. but dreadful start. Car hadnt been cleaned.

Pick up of car in a dark car park - hard to see any damage. There was damage on the wheel trims, which I took a photo of. The drop off location was very well lit, and the Europcar team said the wheel damage was caused by us. Fortunately I was able to show the photo evidence of the damage being there on pick up, but thought that the whole process was corrupt by Europcar. With the dark car park for pick up so we can't easily see damage when we pick up, but very well lit to help them in the drop off car park. Probably will not use Europcar again in the future - for this dirty con trick they tried.

Very poor experience: First, the car price was inexplicably increased at pick-up. Second, the reserved child's booster seat was unavailable without any notice from headquarters. Third, when inspecting the car, the staff was not available, forcing us to run back and forth between the garage and the store to report issues with the car.

Must to increase employment for pick up service in Munich Airport. I have wait more than 90 minutes for pickup the car, to complete paperworks que!

En la recogida en el aeropuerto de Munich, el personal fue muy antipático y cortante, aunque eficiente. En el interior del coche había restos de comida, y de algún líquido pegajoso, pero lo dijimos y nos lo limpiaron antes de salir. El punto de recogida no estaba en donde ponía la documentación, y necesite cuatro llamadas para que me diesen una nueva dirección. Esto me hizo perder tiempo y consumir gasolina, pero no me penalizaron por ello.

One of the whorst rental company! The lady from the counter desk told me to solve my problem with the broker even I presented the voucher for the type of car that I paid for!!!

Booked a Benz Class A but got a general car. They said I could upgrade to BMW for an extra EUR 42 but ended up charging EUR 75, which is double the original price. This company is a scam and garbage. No one assisted when picking up the car, aggressively made me sign saying there was no damage to the car. Terrible attitude, blacklist!

Europcar was great. Simply process.

The car condition is perfect. Car was less than 10k km mileage. No issues driving the car around Germany and Austria.

Unfortunately the vehicle that I originally booked was not available. I was offered a vehicle in the same class, but that was a matter of opinion, as I was unable to get all my bags in. After going all the way back to the desk to complain, I was offered a suitable vehicle that would fit my needs.

The salesperson was unfriendly because we bought full insurance on Zuzuche instead of their company.

Very easy to find. From taking a number and queueing to getting the keys, the whole process took less than 5 minutes.
