All good but had to pay 1 day rental because picked car up 1.5 hours earlier than we had thought

The return location was not clearly marked, and there was no obvious signage at the drop-off point. The keys were handed over to the local train station staff. There was an error in calculating the rental period which resulted in an extra day's charge.

Like: I don’t know whether they always give new car but our car is only 5 kms. The staff was in take up were so kindly and they helped us so much.
Dislike: The only thing that we didn’t like is drop off office. There are so much people who was waiting at office. The person who worked on drop off office helped us. People try to catch their flights that include international flights so rental company must increase worker number at this office.

The car was nice, however the staff forget to tell which fuel type for the car( petrol/diesel), and whenever i called the rental no one answering, i called the 24 europcar also they didnot able to tell what fuel type for the car. After returning the europcar charge 85 euro extra to CC, but didnot send reciept detailing the charge.

Use it often and is always good

the car was not the one we order, not even similar. we had stroller for the infant, 2 big luggages and 4 small bags and all of those things were not fitting in the car. when we said that this car is not in the category we order, they didn;t even tried to service us and offer a better one. bad experience. If we didn't have the babies I would cancel the reservation.

Terrible experience. This company overcharges. They only confirmed the return of the car two days after I returned it, charging me an extra two days of rental. I uploaded my flight ticket showing I left the country on the afternoon of the return day, proving I returned the car and then took a taxi to the airport. However, they replied that the ticket only proves I left that afternoon and not the exact time of the return. Therefore, they charged an extra day because it was after 12pm. Extremely slow problem resolution; I argued with them for three months with no results!

Like: all was good , except in brussel pick up the car was not clean then they cleaned it while i was with my family waiting? this strange for me from europcars rentals because i rented before many times ?
