It was alright. I arrived very late and there was only one person at the counter, but the service was great. They offered additional services, but you can just decline.
The process was quick and convenient. They offered additional insurance, but it wasn't mandatory. The cars were 80-90% new with 10,000-20,000 kilometers.
Like: Exactly the car we booked. Excellent condition with low mileage. Fully unrestricted SS Camero which was a joy to drive. A great car for the Las Vegas experience and enhanced our trip greatly. Dislike: Nothing to complain about. All good.
We picked up the car at the Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel location in Las Vegas. We were in a hurry due to an urgent matter, and the service was quite good. The car we got wasn't the model we originally booked, but the staff said it was an upgrade. That was fine and everything went smoothly. The service from QEEQ was pretty good!

Picked up the car at BALLY hotel in Las Vegas and returned it in Los Angeles. Hertz is indeed the largest car rental company in the world; everything is very professional.

It took me a while to find it, but it was actually right at the hotel front desk. I rented a Chrysler 200 but was given a Kia KX5 instead. Since it was an SUV, I accepted it. I bought extra third-party liability coverage on QEEQ, but the rental staff insisted there was no such coverage. I ended up paying an extra $20, only to find out later that the coverage was for interior passengers and property damage. I don't think it was a language issue.
Like: After the wait , I asked to get upgraded for my wait , and the clerk did so and was very good and pleasant Dislike: Too long a wait at time for pick up over 30 min.

I took the HERTZ company bus at Las Vegas airport to pick up the car. The staff had a very bad attitude! They told me the Toyota 4Runner I booked wasn't available, only a smaller Hyundai Santa Fe SUV. If I wanted a different car, I'd have to pay extra! There was no way to get another car without paying more! Due to a tight schedule, I had no choice but to accept. Then they asked me to buy insurance, and I said I had already bought all the insurance through the rental platform, but they said their company did not recognize that insurance. After calling the support line in the US, everything was sorted. When I swapped the car in Los Angeles fifteen days later, the process was smooth and took less than five minutes, and they even provided a direct ride to LAX airport. I want to ask the rental platform's customer support: Are the booked and actual cars the same class? If they are, why is there such a big cost difference?
The return time in the order did not match the actual office hours. The office was closed when returning the car, and the parking lot was not in the same building as the office, with no clear instructions or signs. It took an hour to find the office. Once found, they told us to drop the keys and contract into their box to complete the return. However, the system automatically charged $100 for not returning at the specified time. We are currently in negotiation and it's still unclear if we can get the refund. Overall, it was a waste of time and effort, very disappointing!
