We found another car rental company that called HAWK, and HAWK sent a car to pick us up. Great service.

The staff can communicate fluently in both English and Chinese. Although the company seems small with an office in the basement, the efficiency is quite high, and the staff are responsive to customer requests.

Great service! Although there was a little detour when picking up the car, I ended up getting a Toyota Vios with only 20,000 kilometers on it. It was a very satisfying trip and reservation!

Picking up the car was fine, but I waited for almost an hour. However, they gave me a very good seven-seater. The car was very comfortable, and the driving experience was nice. When returning the car, I asked them to pick it up far from the return location, and they were very polite. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Pickup was fine, but I waited for almost an hour. However, they can come to a specified location to deliver the car. But they gave me a very small Toyota while I have a lot of luggage.

I did not fulfill the contract because they demanded an extra payment of about 74 MYR, without clear explanation. QEEQ's order listed it as 'other' without specifying the amount, which did not match the quoted price on the website. Extending the rental period costs 250 MYR per day. The agent who delivered the car was local and communication was impossible. Renting in the city costs only 85 MYR per day. Do not rent from QEEQ. I accept forfeiting my deposit; this is trash.

The car is new, only 30,000 kilometers. The condition is good! The only issue was it wasn't fully fueled. Contacted them by phone to solve the specific issue.

Fast and convenient

The service from Hawk was very enthusiastic. I had submitted my arrival time as 11:00 AM local time, but due to an early flight and quick immigration procedures, I arrived at KK airport around 10:00 AM. I called to inform them that I was ready to pick up the car. While I was having breakfast, they came over with a sign to find me—it was very convenient…
The vehicle was a nearly new Toyota Vios, around 90% new, though I had booked a Malaysian-made car. They explained it was equivalent, and gave me the Toyota Vios instead. Checking the odometer, it seemed to have only driven about 20,000 kilometers. I was very satisfied with the car’s condition. After completing all the checks, we hit the road. During this time, they also gave me directions, which was very helpful~
Initially, my biggest concern was renting at T2 and returning at T1, but this process turned out to be very smooth and without additional charges. All I had to do was wait at T2 for them to deliver the car to me. When it was time to return, I just needed to park the car at T2, and they sent someone to inspect it. When we picked up the car, they carefully noted all the scratches, and when we returned it, they just checked for any major damage. They were very trusting and everything went smoothly without any worries.

HAWK rental company has a great location, right behind Kuala Lumpur International Airport terminal, making transportation convenient. The staff are very patient and polite, and they can carefully explain the rental terms and important notes for using the car.

Good service but the car smelled like smoke

Hawk is pretty good. Last year, we rented an MPV in KL, and it was very new and spacious. This time in KK, the car was old and in average condition.

A car rental company worth recommending in Malaysia.

The service attitude and car condition were satisfactory. When I picked up the car, the fuel gauge was at 2/3, and when I returned it, the gauge was at 1/3, and I didn't refill it. They charged 80 MYR to my credit card. Actually, I had previously filled the tank from 1/5 to full with only 75 MYR. Refilling from 1/3 to 2/3 would cost at most 30 MYR. They overcharged me by 50 MYR, which feels unfair!

The service was excellent. After returning the car, they even offered to take us to our next hotel. Highly commendable, will use QEEQ for car rentals next time.
