Went to pick up the car in the morning, waited for a long time for a staff member who said the computer was broken and couldn't process it. They told me to go to another location. After running back and forth, they said I should have picked it up yesterday.
We chose an MVP model considering we had a lot of luggage for four people. When we got to the store, we were given a Ford Focus instead, and switching to an A4 required an extra fee. We had no choice but to pay more. The A4 just barely fit our luggage. The car rental company's service was very good overall; they were very friendly and smiling throughout the process. In the end, we also bought basic insurance without any issues. Returning the car was also very amicable.
